Welcome to a weekend in nature just for you 🌿 where you are welcome to do as much or as little as you please. Together we’ll enjoy a comprehensive yoga and meditation program, hiking in the beautiful Krkonoše mountains, sauna, hot tub and wild swimming, as well as simply enjoying our beautiful purpose-built lakeside chalet. Our private chef will prepare healthy and nourishing meals throughout the day, leaving you free to relax and de-stress.
 
This weekend our yoga practice will focus on the 3 GUNAS, the essential states of being according to Sankhya philosophy. These 3 states govern our physical, energetic and emotional condition, and we will experience each state individually, and then explore how to bring them into alignment, both on and off the mat. Through asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork) and meditation, we will discover how awareness of these elements can transform your whole practice.
 
Karina Bolan (UK) has been teaching yoga in Prague for over 14 years. She has created her own style of adaptive Hatha yoga, so classes are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
